At Ennis Fabrics, we strive for excellence in every yard; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a streamlined return process for all stocked textiles and supplies within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending any items back to our warehouse.

• 2.
  Prepare the Material

  Ensure all fabrics remain uncut and in their original packaging, as we cannot accept returns for materials that have been processed or altered.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided RMA label to your package and ship it via a tracked carrier to ensure the safe arrival of your return at our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Credit

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, a refund or store credit will be issued to your account, minus any applicable restocking fees.
